Cuban Music for Dancing Feet
"When I play Cuban music, it's a feeling that moves the spirit of my Cuban heritage and culture; it goes beyond the notes. I want the audience to feel that Cuban passion and feeling, and become part of that experience," says Bobby Ramirez.

"My Father was a great man. Back in the 1970 living in Hialeah, time and again my Father came home with a giant pan con bistec and set it in the middle of the table. We would gather and pray for blessings of the food. He would always say, "Danos hoy el Pan con Bistec de cada dia" (Give us this day our daily Bread and Steak). We were very poor but thanks be to GOD THE FATHER we aways had food on the table."
